Brooks Mountaineering is run by myself, Luke Brooks. I have a true passion for the outdoors and have been climbing and mountaineering for the past 14 years. My travels have taken me all over the UK, as well as to many of the sport crags of Europe and the high peaks of the Alps.
I hold the Mountaineering Instructor Award and the Winter Mountain Leader Award. This qualifies me to work in all aspects of rock climbing and mountaineering in the Summer, and lead groups and individuals in the mountains in winter.
My hardest ascents include Lord of the Flies (North Wales, E6); A Midsummer Night’s Dream (North Wales, E6); Lourdes (El Chorro, 8a); The Dark Half (North Wales, 8a); The Ginat (French Alps, ED1); Sioux Wall (Ben Nevis, VIII).
Qualifications: MIA, WML, ML, SPA, MIC trained.
